We are seeking a Skilled Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team.

This career opportunity is ideal for an organized, experienced operator who is:

- Excited to utilize state-of-the-art computer steering software

- Interested in agronomic farming practices

- Committed to achieving exceptional performance

Responsibilities:

- Report to the Operations Assistant Manager

- Demonstrate proficiency with a wide range of equipment, especially spraying equipment

- Perform scheduled maintenance

- Assist in minor repairs as scheduled

- Log operational times and changing conditions

- Participate in training on standard operating and safety procedures

- Ensure all operations maintain standards of operational excellence

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an equipment operator

- Strong commitment to safety and operational standards

- Enthusiasm for technology and working in a team environment focused on seeding, spraying, and harvesting
